Juan Bros Tejedor
Managing Partner
Juan was raised in Spain and Ireland. He has over 15 years of experience in Banking and Finance, Media and F&B and has worked in Spain, Ireland, China, Singapore and Panama. He started his career in Spain working in wealth management with Bankinter S.A where he worked for over 8 years and gained a vast experience in private banking and insurance.
In 2012 he moved to China were he worked as a Finance Editor for China Central Television, China’s state owned television, which has a network of over 50 channels in 6 different languages and over 1 billion viewers.
Two years he moved to Singapore and resumed his career in wealth management. He joined Trilake Partners in 2014, a Swiss Asset Manager that specialises in advising UHNW individuals, were he held the position of Senior Relationship Manager.
In 2017 he joined D+1 Holding, a multinational F&B group with a strong presence in Asia. He was appointed Managing Director for Americas, and after a short spell working fin the company’s HQ in Singapore, he moved to Panama to set up the company’s operations in America.
Since 2018 he has launched several new projects such as the Singapore World Football Museum and has developed the strategy to launch Dee Ocleppo Fashion Brand in Asia, and is currently Asaya’s Managing Partner.
Juan holds a bachelor in Economics and Business administration from the University of Valladolid in Spain and speaks fluent English and Spanish. He also studied violin and piano for over 10 years in the Professional Music School of Valladolid.
